Questions people ask
How long will you have my car?
An enhancement is a day. Correction is one to three days depending on the paint, a coating adds a day to cure, and full-body film takes four to five. You will have the timing in writing before we start.
Does film stop every stone chip?
It stops the everyday chips that would mark the paint. A big stone at motorway speed can still mark the film itself, and if it does, we replace the film on that panel.
What if something goes wrong after I collect it?
Tell us and we come back to it at no cost. Film carries a ten-year warranty and coatings are covered for their rated life, as long as the car has been washed the way the care guide sets out.
Can I wash the car normally after a ceramic coat?
Yes, after the first week. Hand wash with a pH-neutral shampoo and avoid brush car washes, which scratch any finish. The care guide covers the rest.
Do I need to be home for a mobile detail?
No. As long as we can reach the car and have space to work beside it, you can leave us the keys and get on with your day.
Do you take a deposit?
For work at the unit we take a deposit to hold the slot, and it comes off the final bill. Mobile details are paid on the day.
